PEP®
The Personal Efficiency Program
Do your people feel overloaded at work? Are your middle managers under pressure? Do your days feel like an endless round of e-mails, meetings and fire-fighting? If so, we’re pretty sure that PEP® can help you.
Employee Satisfaction
PEP gives everyone in the company the tools and techniques to structure their work differently. You’ll be able to stay focused and take control through better planning and prioritisation. You gain time for the vital tasks, and everyone benefits from a more efficient, constructive, positive and less stressed working day.
Who should take part?
You can allocate a particular function or department in your business to pilot & trial the PEP process. You can of course opt for all employees to take part - or all the managers.
Whatever you decide, we’ll help design the solution that matches your needs.
Assessment - before and after
Before starting the PEP program, all participants receive an assessment. Our advanced PEP®worldwide analysis tool identifies your current work habits and the ways you plan and structure your work so you can clearly see the areas in need of attention.
After the PEP program we use the analysis tool again so you can see for yourself - and actually measure - how well the new procedures and work methods deliver results after implementation.
Putting PEP® into practice
PEP isn’t a ‘once-only’ session. You receive follow-up days (typically between 2-4, spread over 3-6 months) so that the changes you and your company make become permanent.

Repetition, at suitable intervals, is the key to optimum learning and retention according to brain research.
The model here shows how you plan the repetition frequency and interval lengths until what you’ve learned has “sunk in”. PEP uses those same intervals to ensure that your new ideas and improved habits become permanent.

Day 1
Managing Information and Getting Organised
We look at how the brain works best when you handle tasks. You get the tools and organising methods that reduce the time you lose in managing information.
Later in the day you receive individual coaching at your desk to help implement all you’ve learned. It ends with drawing up your personalised action plan based on the results of the original assessment.
Day 2
More Time Is Released By The PEP® Planning Process
10 -14 days later you attend Day 2 of the programme.
You learn how to balance and plan priorities, short and long term. The system helps you get one step ahead with better and better control of your time and focus into the future.
We help you make the planning tools you already own - whether it’s Outlook, Notes, CRM or EDH – work harder for you. You get the full picture, a complete overview of your workload and commitments, all from one simple system.
Day 3
Consolidation
You have another 8–12 weeks to let the new habits and techniques become second nature. Where an entire department or businesses does PEP the session will typically involve formulating and initiating projects, optimise knowledge-sharing, create protocols for open-plan offices and e-mail protocols etc. for team efficiency
The Day 3
Session
We make sure that the new principles and methods work well for the group.
We evaluate what’s working and what may need to be adapted to suit the specific workplace.
You’ll receive more follow-ups at your desk to review your personal development goals, see what’s working and where further improvement may be needed - so that you guarantee your ultimate objective.
