The philosophy is simple:
Use your brain!
We specialise in helping people to improve their efficiency by using their heads rather than their hands, so PEP® embraces the way the brain works as its start point.
Brain researchers agree that the “subconscious” part of the brain, has untold resources, while the “conscious” part, the working memory, is limited.
It’s the conscious part of the brain, we are aware of using when we work.
Know the limits
Studies have shown that we can only truly concentrate on one thing at a time. If we try to multitask, research shows that our efficiency drops by between 25-50%.1)
When it comes to remembering work tasks, our brains can retain no more than 5-9 tasks at a time,2) small tasks take up just as much of our memory as big ones. The result can quickly become a lack of focus for our efforts.
Working with your head
If your work environment is set up so that it supports your brain’s way of working, you will become more efficient, less stressed, happier in your work. And you’ll have more time and energy to spare –throughout your entire working day.
The principles on which the Personal Efficiency Programme is based are taken from the latest knowledge of our brains’ potential and its limits. That’s why PEP works so effectively.

These results are what still form the basis for the further studies of brain researchers from all over the world.
Did you know that the combinations your brain can come up with are almost infinite: It’s the figure 1 followed by 10 million kilometres of standard size print zeroes.3) The belief is that nobody has ever come close to using their brain's capacity to the full. But maybe one day...
