Specific uses

We used PEP to maximise Outlook as our common tool, learning how to handle the flow of emails, and use calendar and tasks to effectively manage our work.

We do a 1-day PEP refresh for previous participants, to get back on track, dive a little deeper, or make sure we are familiar with the latest updates.

We used PEP to effectively get M365 tools introduced in the organisation, getting a common ground on the use of both Teams and OneNote.
