For agreements entered with PEPworldwide, the following general terms and conditions apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
PEPworldwide works with proven methods and delivers documented results, which, however, to a large extend depend on the participants’ own engagement. Compensation for an assignment is therefore based solely on the agreed and delivered training and consulting services, regardless of the extent to which the client subsequently believes the expected outcome has been achieved.
Invoicing takes place after completion of the assignment. However, assignments consisting of several meetings or course days over a period of time will be invoiced in full after the first meeting / course day. Open courses are invoiced upon registration and prior to execution. Payment terms are 14 days net, after which 1% interest may be charged per commenced month.
An assignment may be changed, postponed, or cancelled by the client without charge up to 4 weeks before the agreed start date. Cancellations made within 4 weeks will be charged 50%, within 2 weeks 75%, and within 1 week 100%. Participants may be substituted up to 1 week before start, but no-shows will not be credited. All changes, including scope, timing, and financial terms, must be confirmed in writing.
If an assignment is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of PEPworldwide, the agreement remains valid. Cancelled assignments will be carried out as soon as possible, as agreed between the parties. If a consultant is unable to carry out an assignment as planned due to illness or other valid reasons, PEPworldwide may, in consultation with the client, assign another consultant to the assignment.
