The following terms apply to agreements entered with PEPworldwide regarding training, facilitation, and consulting, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties in advance.
PEPworldwide operates using proven methods with documented results. The format, content, and scope of each assignment, including time and financial conditions, must be agreed upon in writing beforehand. PEPworldwide is entitled to the agreed compensation, regardless of whether the client feels they have achieved the expected outcome, as results largely depend on the individual participant’s engagement.
Invoicing takes place after completion of the agreed assignment. However, for assignments covering multiple, time-separated sessions/days, the assignment will be invoiced in full after the first session/day. For open courses, invoicing is made upon registration and before the course takes place. Payment terms are 14 days net, after which a 1% interest per commenced month may be applied.
Agreed assignments may be cancelled, altered, or postponed free of charge up to 4 weeks before planned start. Cancellations within 4 weeks are charged at 50%, within 2 weeks at 75%, and within 1 week at 100%. No-shows or withdrawn participants are not credited, but participant can be changed up to 1 week before start. Any changes to the agreement, including scope and timeline, must be confirmed in writing.
If an assignment is cancelled due to circumstances beyond PEPworldwide’s control, the agreement remains valid. Cancelled assignments are to be completed without further delay, as agreed between the parties. If an assigned consultant is unable to complete the assignment as planned due to illness or other valid reasons, PEPworldwide may, in consultation with the client, appoint another consultant to the assignment.
PEPworldwide retains all rights to the PEP concept, including its content, methodology, and format. Any materials received or accessed during the program are for the personal use of the participant only and may not be shared or used in whole or in part by individuals who have not participated in a program. Copying or transferring materials to third parties may only occur in explicit agreement with PEPworldwide.
The client and each participant accept that personal information relevant for the assignment may be collected, processed, and stored, but will in accordance with applicable law not be transferred to third parties. Participants have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to access their personal data and, if incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, to request corrections or deletions.
PEPworldwide reserves the right without separate consent to use the client’s name/logo as well as general information about the collaboration and its results for marketing purposes.
