We’ve been on the entire journey

From the days when office work was paper-based and analog – till today, where everything is digitized and stored in the cloud.

We’ve been a part of this entire journey and understand that despite more and better tools than ever, many still struggle in their jobs.

Our journey started more than 40 years ago…

The story of PEP

In 1984, Svenska Handelsbanken asked a young consultant, American Kerry Gleeson, to help their leaders become more efficient in a competitive market.

Kerry developed a system of simple behavioural strategies to manage workload effectively. His approach was praised for being both practical and applicable and proved highly beneficial not only for bankers but also for leaders and office staff across all types of organisations.

In 1990, Kerry published his first book, The Personal Efficiency Program – How to Get Organized to Do More Work in Less Time, refining the program and introducing a set of straightforward work principles.

The program quickly gained traction and expanded to numerous countries outside Scandinavia. At the same time, the acronym PEP® was introduced as a recognizable and global trademark for the program.

Today, PEP courses and consulting services are marketed through a global network of independent consulting firms. Under the common name PEPworldwide, they hold the rights to the trademark.

Kerry Gleeson passed away in 2023, but his behaviour-changing, life-transforming program lives on through the many PEP consultants and millions of PEP participants worldwide.
